Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has vetoed HB 2324, a proposal to establish a reserve of digital assets sourced from criminal asset forfeitures, according to Bitcoin Laws on X. This marks the third “Bitcoin Reserve” bill she has turned down during the current legislative session. The two other rejected bills, SB1373 and SB1025, aimed to create reserves intended for state investment. The only related measure signed into law was HB2749, which sets up a crypto reserve tied to unclaimed property.
