Ondo Finance, Pantera Capital to invest $250M in RWA tokenization

Blockchain technology firm Ondo Finance (ONDO) and Pantera Capital, backed by Founder's Fund, plan to invest $250 million in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization projects through their initiative, Ondo Catalyst. The focus is on tokenizing treasuries, stocks and other assets, which has become the second fastest-growing sector in crypto. RWA tokenization grew from $5 billion in 2022 to over $24 billion by June 2025, according to Redstone. The investment aims to bridge the gap between traditional finance and crypto markets, as reported by Axios.
