Upbit, Bithumb designate QTCON as a closely monitored asset

South Korean crypto exchanges Upbit and Bithumb announced on their official websites that Quiztok (QTCON) has been designated as a closely monitored asset by the Digital Asset eXchange Alliance (DAXA), a crypto consultative group.
