July 23, 2025, 10:53 PM
Law firms Burwick Law and Wolf Popper have expanded their lawsuit against memecoin platform Pump.fun to include the Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, Jito Labs and key executives such as Anatoly Yakovenko, Raj Gokal and Jito CEO Lucas Bruder. Filed under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), the amended complaint alleges illegal gambling, wire fraud, securities violations, intellectual property theft and unlicensed money transmission. Plaintiffs claim the defendants knowingly enabled financial crimes and exploited users through the platform’s bonding curve model. The suit also links Pump.fun to North Korea’s Lazarus Group and accuses it of facilitating harmful content and trademark abuse, The Block reported.
