The Smarter Web Company raises $10.24M in share placement

The Smarter Web Company (SWC), a UK-based web development company, announced via X that it has raised £7.6 million ($10.24 million) through a placement of new ordinary shares. The company has previously outlined plans to invest in Bitcoin (BTC) and a portion of the proceeds is expected to be used for BTC purchases. As of Aug. 8, SWC held 2,100 BTC.
