Bain Capital Ventures may sell $18.85M in COMP

Bain Capital Ventures, one of Compound’s lead investors, may be preparing to sell 349,000 COMP tokens worth $18.85 million that it received five years ago, according to @EmberCN on X. About nine hours ago, a wallet linked to Bain sent the entire 349,000 COMP to an institutional trading platform. Of that amount, 87,250 COMP ($4.73 million) has already been transferred to exchanges including Binance, OKX, Bybit and Gate.io.
