Bitmine buys $130M worth of Ether

A wallet believed to belong to Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR), a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin miner that has adopted an Ether (ETH) treasury strategy, has been used to purchase an additional 28,650 ETH, worth around $130 million, over the course of the past hour, according to LookOnChain via X, citing Arkham Intelligence data. Bitmine is understood to be holding a total of 1,174,000 ETH, worth around $5.26 billion.
