Starknet v0.14.0 to launch on mainnet

Starknet (STRK) announced on X that version 0.14.0 has been approved by community vote and will go live on Sept. 1. The upgrade introduces decentralized sequencing with Tendermint consensus, subsecond pre-confirmations and an EIP-1559-style fee market.
