VanEck CEO says Ethereum will be the ultimate winner of the stablecoin era

The CEO of asset management firm VanEck has predicted that Ethereum will be the ultimate winner as banks and financial institutions inevitably adopt blockchain to process stablecoin payments. In an interview with Fox Business, he stated that the proliferation of stablecoins will require all financial services firms to build supporting infrastructure, Cointelegraph reported. The CEO argued that the competition ultimately hinges on which blockchain the ecosystem is built upon, concluding that Ethereum will emerge victorious. He added that this is the reason he refers to Ethereum as Wall Street's token.
