Ukrainian crypto tax bill passes first reading

Ukraine's parliament has passed the first reading of a bill to legalize and tax cryptocurrencies, Cointelegraph reported. The draft legislation proposes an 18% income tax and a 5% defense tax on profits from digital assets.
