Coinbase CEO says he fired employees for not using AI tools

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has fired employees who failed to comply with a directive to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, Fortune reported. Speaking on a podcast, Armstrong said that using AI is a crucial skill in the current era. He stated that he had instructed company developers to use AI tools for one week and subsequently fired those who did not follow the order without a valid reason.
