Kinto to shut down this month after $1.6M hack

Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain project Kinto will shut down its service on Sept. 30 following a $1.6 million hack in July, The Block reported. The project had attempted to restore its service by raising $1 million through its Phoenix Program but ultimately decided to terminate operations after facing difficulties in securing additional funding.
