Smarter Web Company considers competitor acquisition to expand BTC holdings

UK-based web development firm Smarter Web Company (SWC) is considering acquiring a competitor to expand its Bitcoin purchases, Cointelegraph reported. CEO Andrew Webley said the company would seriously consider an acquisition if it presented an opportunity to buy Bitcoin held by a rival firm at a discount to the market price. Smarter Web Company currently holds 2,470 BTC, worth $275 million.
