Compound DAO fails to recall $13M in COMP from delegates

A Compound DAO proposal to recall 300,000 COMP tokens, valued at approximately $13 million, has been rejected. The tokens were granted last year to a specific group of delegates to encourage participation in governance.
The recall effort failed after facing opposition from about 70% of voters, a move reportedly led by large-scale investors. The proposal had been submitted by a community member who argued that the grant benefited only a few insiders and was harmful to the DAO as a whole.
