ETHZilla to issue $350M in convertible notes

Nasdaq-listed ETHZilla, formerly 180 Life Sciences, announced it is issuing $350 million in convertible notes to institutional investors. The company has also amended the terms of its previously issued $156.5 million in convertible notes, bringing its total to $500 million. The proceeds are slated to enhance ETHZilla's existing strategy of depositing its ETH holdings into Layer 2 protocols and tokenizing real-world assets. As of Sept. 19, the company held 102,264 ETH, valued at $462 million.
