Trump family-linked DeFi project WLFI to launch debit card, app

World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a DeFi project associated with the Trump family, plans to launch its own debit card soon, The Block reported. The card will support USD1 payments and is slated to be compatible with Apple Pay. WLFI co-founder Jack Folkman explained that the project will also release a consumer application inspired by the payment platform Venmo and the trading platform Robinhood. He added that there are no plans for the project to launch its own proprietary chain.
