FTX Trust files $1.15B lawsuit against Genesis Digital Assets

The FTX Recovery Trust has filed a $1.15 billion lawsuit against Bitcoin mining company Genesis Digital Assets and its co-founders, Bloomberg Law reported. The suit seeks to recover assets that FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried allegedly misappropriated from customer funds and illegally transferred to Genesis Digital Assets.
