Coinbase to give $12K in USDC to low-income New Yorkers

Coinbase has partnered with the non-profit organization GiveDirectly to distribute $12,000 in USDC to 160 low-income residents in New York, BeInCrypto reported. The recipients, aged 18 to 30, will be selected through a lottery and will receive the funds in six installments.
