Uniswap Labs acquires AMM and routing firm Guidestar

Uniswap Labs has acquired Guidestar, a firm specializing in automated market maker (AMM) and routing technology, Blockworks reported. Guidestar's engineers will be tasked with research on advanced market design and execution. The acquisition is expected to improve the performance of Uniswap V4.
