Roger Ver agrees to $48M fine with US DOJ over tax evasion charges

Roger Ver, the former CEO of Bitcoin.com who was indicted on charges of evading nearly $50 million in taxes, has agreed to pay a fine of approximately $48 million to the U.S. Department of Justice, the New York Times reported.
