Ark Invest files preliminary prospectuses for 3 new BTC ETFs

Ark Invest has filed preliminary prospectuses with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for three new Bitcoin ETFs, Ark Invest Tracker reported. The proposed funds are the Ark Bitcoin Yield ETF, the Ark DIET Bitcoin 1 ETF, and the Ark DIET Bitcoin 2 ETF. The DIET Bitcoin ETFs are believed to be derivative products that are either managed quarterly or have fixed expiration dates, as their names include quarterly designations.
