China's commerce minister blames US for trade tensions, hopes for solution

China's commerce minister has blamed the United States for the recent escalation in trade tensions, citing restrictive measures imposed by Washington, according to Walter Bloomberg. The minister added that he hopes the U.S. will cooperate with China to find a solution. Separately, the minister is also reported to have met with Apple CEO Tim Cook on Thursday.
