Stablecoin payments firm Tesser raises $4.5M

Stablecoin payment solutions provider Tesser announced it has raised $4.5 million in a seed funding round led by Castle Island Ventures. Other participants in the round included Strobe Ventures and Anthemis. Tesser offers blockchain-based payment options and is developing a solution to help institutions reduce settlement times without relying on banks or other fintech intermediaries.
