UK regulator warns hundreds of crypto exchanges for unlicensed operations

The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) warned hundreds of unlicensed cryptocurrency exchanges in October, Cointelegraph reported. Elite Bit Markets, Nexsure Gainbit, and Plux Crypto were among the firms that received warnings. The FCA also recently cited the exchange HTX for allegedly promoting its cryptocurrency services to UK residents.
