Spot ETH ETFs return to net outflows despite BlackRock inflows

U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded $17.94 million in net outflows on Oct. 22, reverting to withdrawals after just one day, according to data compiled by Trader T. While BlackRock's ETHA attracted $111.66 million in net inflows, this was offset by outflows from Fidelity's FETH ($49.50 million), Grayscale's ETHE ($33.50 million), and Grayscale's Mini ETH ($46.60 million). The remaining ETFs reported no net flows for the day.
