JPMorgan completes tokenization of private equity fund on its blockchain

JPMorgan Chase has completed the tokenization of a private equity fund on its proprietary blockchain, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported. The bank plans to officially launch a tokenization platform for alternative investment funds by next year, which will offer institutional investors tokenization and trading services for private equity funds and other unlisted assets.
