Sonic activates security mechanism after detecting potential Beets exploit

Sonic (S) announced that it has preemptively activated a security mechanism after detecting signs of a potential exploit involving Beets, a project within its ecosystem. The security feature was originally scheduled for a future network upgrade. Beets is a Solana-based decentralized exchange (DEX) and liquid staking token hub. It is also a partner of Balancer (BAL), which recently experienced a hacking incident.
