Binance to list STABLE pre-market perpetual futures

Binance has announced it will list STABLE pre-market perpetual futures at 12:00 p.m. UTC on Nov. 6. The contract will support up to 5x leverage. Additionally, if the asset is listed on the Binance spot market, pre-market trading will cease and automatically convert to a standard perpetual futures contract.
