Bithumb to suspend XEC deposits, withdrawals for network upgrade

South Korean crypto exchange Bithumb has announced it will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for eCash (XEC) starting at 10:00 a.m. UTC on Nov. 14 to support a network upgrade.
