Solana Company to tokenize its shares

Nasdaq-listed Solana Company has announced plans to tokenize its shares on the Superstate platform. The tokenized shares will be registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and be available for trading 24 hours a day, according to CoinDesk.
