Coinbase agrees to acquire Solana-based DEX Vector.fun

Coinbase has agreed to acquire Vector.fun, a decentralized exchange (DEX) within the Solana (SOL) ecosystem, Fortune reported. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by the end of the year. While the specific terms and financial details of the deal were not disclosed, Coinbase will hire 13 Vector.fun employees as part of the transaction.
