Dunamu and Naver Financial to announce merger on Nov. 27

Dunamu, the operator of South Korean crypto exchange Upbit, and Naver Financial will officially announce their merger on Nov. 27, Digital Asset reported. The companies plan to hold a joint press conference at Naver's second headquarters, "1784," to unveil their integrated vision and business roadmap. On Nov. 26, a day before the announcement, each company is expected to hold a board meeting to approve the merger, which will be conducted via a comprehensive stock swap. Naver Chairman Lee Hae-jin and Dunamu Chairman Song Chi-hyung are expected to attend the press conference.
