Folks Finance to launch on Monad with $40K incentive campaign

Cross-chain lending protocol Folks Finance has announced its upcoming launch on the mainnet of Monad, an EVM-compatible project. The protocol will provide integrated liquidity and native cross-chain listings on the network. Folks Finance will also use Wormhole's Native Token Transfers (NTT) framework to expand its native token, FOLKS, to Monad. This will enable native, unwrapped transfers of the token between Monad and multiple other chains. To commemorate the launch, the protocol will begin an incentive campaign on Nov. 25, allocating a total of 5,000 FOLKS, valued at approximately $40,000, as rewards. The protocol has previously received investment from firms including Coinbase Ventures, Jump, and ParaFi.
