Paxos acquires crypto wallet startup Fordefi for over $100M

Cryptocurrency payment infrastructure firm Paxos has acquired New York-based crypto wallet startup Fordefi for over $100 million, Fortune reported. Fordefi, which specializes in DeFi wallet services, has approximately 40 employees and serves around 300 clients. Further details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
