SEC advisory committee to discuss securities tokenization on Dec. 4

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Investor Advisory Committee has announced it will hold a meeting on Dec. 4 to discuss changes in corporate governance regulations and the tokenization of equity securities.
