Nasdaq-listed Enlivex to purchase $212M in Rain tokens

Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical firm Enlivex plans to purchase $212 million worth of Rain, the native token of the prediction market platform Rain Protocol, DL News reported. To finance the acquisition, Enlivex intends to sell 212 million of its shares at $1 each. Rain Protocol launched on the Arbitrum blockchain in 2023.
