RWA infrastructure platform Pruv Finance raises $3M

Regulatory-compliant real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure firm Pruv Finance announced it has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A round. The investment was led by UOB Venture Management, with participation from Saison Capital, Taisu Ventures, Ascent, Spiral Ventures, and the Royal Group. The funds will be used to build out the company's RWA tokenization and on-chain platform.
