Grayscale files to convert Zcash Trust into spot ETF

Cryptocurrency asset manager Grayscale has filed a Form S-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert its Zcash (ZEC) Trust into a spot ETF, Solid Intel reported.
