Bitnomial to launch CFTC-regulated spot crypto exchange

Bitnomial, a Chicago-based derivatives exchange and clearinghouse regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), will soon launch a spot crypto exchange, Crypto In America reported. The company submitted rule certification documents last month in accordance with CFTC regulations, which became effective on Nov. 13. As a result, Bitnomial is now prepared to offer trading in leveraged spot products in addition to the buying and selling of digital assets.
