ETHZilla acquires $10M stake in AI platform Karus

ETHZilla, a Nasdaq-listed company that invests in Ethereum, announced it has acquired a 20% stake in the artificial intelligence platform Karus for $10 million. The deal comprises $3 million in cash and $7 million in ETHZilla common stock.
