Bithumb to delist BAL on Jan. 5

South Korean crypto exchange Bithumb announced it will end trading support for Balancer (BAL) on Jan. 5, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. UTC. Withdrawals will be supported until Feb. 4, 2026. The exchange stated that materials submitted by the Balancer foundation were insufficient to resolve the issues that placed the token on its delisting watchlist. Following a comprehensive review of the project's future business plans and security, Bithumb concluded that BAL no longer meets its criteria for continued listing.
