Bitcoin options worth $2.1B set to expire today

According to data from crypto options exchange Deribit, Bitcoin options with a notional value of $2.1 billion are set to expire at 8:00 a.m. UTC today, Feb. 6. The put/call ratio is 0.60, and the max pain price—the point at which the largest number of options holders would see their contracts expire worthless—is $80,000.
Additionally, Ethereum options worth $390 million will also expire at the same time. For these contracts, the put/call ratio is 1.01, and the max pain price is $2,450.Log in to leave comments!
