Binance, Ripple join Mastercard blockchain payments project

Binance, PayPal, and Ripple are joining a project by global payments company Mastercard to build a blockchain-based payment infrastructure. Mastercard announced the launch of its "Mastercard Crypto Partner Program," which involves more than 85 global partners, including cryptocurrency firms, payment companies, and financial institutions. The company explained that it plans to operate the program as a forum to support the maturation of the industry.
