According to CoinDesk, Mansour called Arizona's move a "complete overreach of authority" and emphasized that Kalshi will continue to defend its business, even if the legal battle expands. Meanwhile, CFTC Chairman Michael Selig characterized the complaint as a jurisdictional dispute, stating on X that the agency is "closely monitoring the situation and considering various response options."
