Bithumb to file lawsuit against partial business suspension order

The FIU operates under South Korea's Financial Services Commission. Bithumb is currently considering a lawsuit to cancel the order and an application for a stay of execution. The suspension is scheduled to begin on March 27, and the exchange is expected to file its legal challenge shortly. The move is seen as a strategy to counter the severe sanctions imposed by financial authorities.
