NYSE approves listing of Morgan Stanley's spot Bitcoin ETFThe New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has officially approved the listing of Morgan Stanley's spot Bitcoin ETF, MSBT, Crowdfund Insider reported. The fund is the first spot Bitcoin ETF to be directly issued by a major U.S. bank. Morgan Stanley first filed paperwork for the ETF in January and has been finalizing the details since. Coinbase will serve as the custodian, with BNY Mellon as the administrator. The ETF's annual management fee is set at 0.14%, which is lower than BlackRock's IBIT (0.25%) and Grayscale's Mini BTC (0.15%). The outlet noted that the approval comes roughly two years after the first spot Bitcoin ETFs were greenlit, highlighting the growing acceptance of Bitcoin as a core product by traditional financial giants.
