PlanB: BTC to enter bull market after another drop

Prominent Bitcoin market analyst PlanB predicts that BTC will experience a further short-term decline before entering a bull market to set a new all-time high (ATH). He noted that the BTC price is moving based on its drawdown from its all-time high, adding that the current phase may precede the formation of a market bottom when compared to past cycles.
