US senators call Trump's memecoin event appearance 'bait'

They accused the organizers of using a potential meeting with the president as bait to promote the conference and encourage coin purchases, despite the high likelihood of his absence. The TRUMP project's own terms and conditions state that the president may not attend the April 25 event and that it could be canceled for any reason.
