Meme coin whale loses $16M on MELANIA, TRUMP tokens

According to Lookonchain, a whale with the address DNTpoX has realized significant consecutive losses on investments in MELANIA and TRUMP tokens. The investor finalized a loss of approximately $15.68 million after buying 30 million USDC worth of MELANIA a year ago and later selling the position for 14.32 million USDC. Additionally, the whale incurred a further loss of around $237,000 after selling 2.22 million TRUMP tokens nine hours ago. The tokens had been purchased a month prior for about $6.82 million, reportedly to attend a dinner hosted by Donald Trump.
