Iran actively considering US peace talks, official says

Iran is actively considering participating in peace talks with the U.S. but has not yet made a final decision, a senior Iranian official said, according to Reuters. The report added that Pakistan is actively mediating to have the U.S. lift its sanctions on Iran to secure Tehran's participation in the negotiations.
